  58.         This is a license for use of the software within your company,
  59. and is not transferrable.  This allows internal use and copying of  
  60. the software by as many users/machines as contracted for.  (See the  
  61. order form for Site License price schedule).  An unlimited Site    
  62. License allows unlimited copying of the software for internal use    
  63. by your company.  Distribution, repackaging, or reselling of the    
  64. software to third parties is not allowed.

  69.         This allows distribution of the software with commercial
  70. software that is manufactured by your company.  This license is
  71. non-exclusive and non-transferrable.  Please complete and return the
  72. application for a distribution license on the reverse side of this
  73. form.  Once we receive the completed application you will be sent a
  74. quote for a one time Distribution License fee.

  76.         This license is not necessary for clubs or users groups 
  77. distributing the software on a ShareWare basis providing that the 
  78. entire PAR package with the accompanying documentation files are
  79. included in the distribution and no more than a nominal fee (not to
  80. exceed $10) is charged for such distribution.
